How many days do I have to return?

We offer free returns within 30 days of your delivery.

How do I return my order?
Create your return from liggitybrand.us and one of our customer service representatives will approach you via email within 2 working days.

How quickly will my return be processed?
We will process your return within 21 business days from the time it is received to our warehouse. Please allow up to 21 business days for your refund to post to your account once your return has been processed by our warehouse.

Can I mail back a return using my own label?
No, returns must be accompanied by the copy of the purchasing receipt and the label provide by our customer representative.

How long does an exchange take?
We want to get you the correct size and/or color as quickly as possible, we’ll ship out your exchange as soon as our warehouse team has processed the returned product. Please allow 21 days for processing time plus standard shipping timeframes. An email with your exchange order tracking will be sent once your order ships.

Can I exchange for a different product?
We only offer exchanges on the same product in a different size at this time.

When will I get my refund?
Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment within 21 business days once our warehouse team has processed the returned product. Please allow up to 21 business days for your refund to post to your account. Normal bank processing times do apply and may take up to a full billing cycle.

Will I be refunded for the shipping fee?
